BRS take every step to ensure that the advice and services offered are in the best interests of the client and that we are not affiliated or biased towards any third party organisation or solution. We will always strive to find the best solution for each individual issue and do so with credibility, transparency and honesty. To ensure we can continue to do this, our terms and conditions are as follows.
- We work with clients to offer solutions for their business debt problems. All advice obtained from the website or discussions with BRS over the phone or email will not be charged, unless the business becomes a full client.
- It is the client’s responsibility to supply all information requested by a representative of BRS, otherwise BRS reserves the right to cease acting for that client through writing. Any fees paid to BRS up until this point will not be refundable.
- All information received via the contact form will be completely secure and protected. Details will not be handed to any third parties unless this has been agreed upon.
- BRS will not accept any responsibility for the failure of the client to raise loans, credit facilities, remortgages or suppliers that may be introduced by BRS.
- We will not accept any responsibility or liability for the actions of the client prior to contacting BRS.
- BRS advise clients to seek appropriate legal advice before being subject to legally binding contracts.
- We cannot act as turnaround advisories in any capacity until an engagement letter has been signed by the client which follows a face to face meeting and the production of financial and solutions report.
- The site contains general information and resources for businesses in financial trouble. Specific advice is only obtained by contacting us directly to discuss an individual situation.
- BRS will not accept any liability from a client who does not follow the advice supplied.
- If BRS recommends a loan, the details found on this website are for reference only and should not be considered as advice under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000.
- BRS will not accept responsibility for any advice that has been given following purposely incorrect or inaccurate information by the client.
- If the client has been open and transparent in all interactions with BRS and feel that they have a genuine grievance with the service provided, BRS will seek to rectify the complaint as soon as possible. To do so, please contact us via the contact page.
- BRS cannot offer help or advice for countries outside of the United Kingdom.
